Service plans are fully inclusive, with equipment, consumables, and livestock health provided as part of ongoing care. Every aquarium is maintained to defined standards, ensuring consistent clarity, stability, and visual quality.
If those standards are ever not met, corrective service is performed within 24 hours at no additional charge. If standards are still not met, that month of service is refunded in full.
